Do you customize or accept other painting jobs?
Yes, we do. In fact, we have done super cool souvenirs for different occasions like birthdays and weddings before. Our items are also perfect gifts to give your loved ones on Christmas or their special day. Will the prints on the fabric fade when washed?
We carefully print each artwork on Belgian fabric. Colors are intact and won’t fade. But in order for the fabric to retain its velvety structure, the care instruction we recommend is dry-clean or hand wash with mild soap.
Can you change this detail for this artwork?
Sorry, we cannot alter our published artworks. Nor add/remove characters or background. But we are open for commissions and custom artworks. Drop in a message in our social media or send us an email at kumusta.bibsisita@gmail.com and let’s create together!
Can you remove the brand tag on the products?
No, we can’t. This is the Bibsisita trademark, and we simply can not remove our identity.
Are your artworks hand painted?
All our artworks are digitally painted. Taking inspiration from Filipino life, we take kindness and positivity into the heart of our artworks. In this way, we weave into everyday items stories of family and love.
What is your accepted mode of payment?
Two options: you may pay using your credit card or you may deposit your payment to our BPI account. If you choose to pay through bank deposit, we will request you to send us a copy of the deposit slip first as proof that you have paid before we arrange for the shipping of your item.
Do you have other products apart from the ones posted on your website?
Yes, actually. We are working on other products as of the moment because the truth is Bibsisita is looking forward to fill your homes with more love next year!

When will I receive my purchased item/s?
The Receipt of Confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. After that, kindly give us a lead time of 2-3 working days if you’re living in Metro Manila or 3-7 working days if you’re living in the province before you can receive your purchased item. However, for those who ordered FACE MASKS, kindly wait for our text message if your order is ready to be shipped out.
